Under the umbrella of her business, DANGERZONE PRODUCTIONS, since 1995 Robin records, mixes and masters both live remote performances and studio projects in a variety of styles that include jazz, classical folk, rock, gospel and electronic dance.  Additionally she composes music, is an audio technology consultant and  a keyboardist for hire for other producers' projects.  Her training in music began at age 8 with study of classical and pop piano music.  It continued with recording and performing in an R&B and pop band in her teens and accelerated with study of Jazz Piano and Music Production and Engineering at the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA.  Robin additionally gained a wealth of technical knowledge with undergraduate study of electrical engineering at Brown University, where she also played keyboards in the college R&B/Pop band, "The Electric Company".

The combination of Robin's music, production and engineering studies with that of electrical engineering provides a solid foundation of knowledge that delivers audio engineering competency, great attention to detail and expertise.  She has been an audio engineer for WGBH Radio in Boston, MA since 1998 where she has recorded classical,  jazz and folk music performances for radio air.  Robin also records and mixes news stories extensively for PRI's The World news program, which is a PRI, WGBH and BBC co-production produced at WGBH, Boston.   Goto: recording.wgbh.org

Robin has been writing soulful, jazz, funk and house influenced music since 1988.  Over the years her music composition style has transformed into expressive, soulful dance music that takes advantage of her musical talents on the keyboards.  Some of her influences include in no particular order: Masters at Work, Frankie Feliciano, Richard Earnshaw, Dave Lee, Spen, Basement Boys, Louis Benedetti, McCoy Tyner, Herbie Hancock, Robert Glasper and George Duke. 

With the strong influence of dance music in the nightclub music scene in 1993 naturally came the desire to dee-jay at various dance nightclubs, which has led to dj gigs in Providence, RI USA • Boston, MA USA  New York, NY • Newark, NJ • Miami, FL • Charlottle, NC • Baltimore, MD • Zurich, Switzerland • Lucern, Switzerland and Winterthur, Switzerland.  From Sept. 2006 to Feb. 2014 Robin mixed a weekly 2 hour soulful, deep house internet mixshow on www.HandzOnRadio.fm.

Aron Ringgold has been dee-jaying, co-writing/producing and assistant sound engineering with Dangerzone Productions periodically since 1999. He has been a resident or frequent guest dj at house music clubs in the Boston, MA and Providence, RI USA areas including Chaps, Boston, MA • Lava Bar, Boston, MA • Club Ucon, Providence, RI • Generation X, Providence, RI • Wheels, Providence, RI.  Aron has also provided music and sound for private events in the New England area and has created dj booth installation solutions for nightclubs and home studios.  For Dangerzone Aron co-wrote lyrics to the house single "Born 2 B Free" by Robin Moore f. Priscilla Harris (1999) and wrote and co-produced an original instrumental house track.  Aron is a frequent contributor to "The House of Jamnation", the soulful-deep house music internet mixshow that airs every Saturday from noon-2pm EST on HandzOnRadio.fm. Dance music has been an integrated part of Aron's life for 40+ years.  In addtion to creating music, Aron is an avid dancer on and off inline skates and has been asked on many occasions to perform his skate dancing to dance music at various commercial venues.  Dangerzone is very fortunate to have Aron Ringgold as a creative contributor!
